In business we all send email every day. Each and every email you send is an opportunity to market your brand and make an impression so are you making the most of it?

There are three simple keys have your email harnessing free marketing opportunities

Send your email  from an address that uses your domain name:

An email coming from your domain name is given more value and respect than those sent from a generic account like Gmail or Hotmail. You have invested in hosting your website so make sure you market it with your email using the same domain details.

Use your signature on every email:

A good Signature blocks are key to email success it engages and connects your client. Make sure that your signature block includes your contact details, social media and logo to make your brand stick.

Check your email setup:

When you set up your email you set a from name and sometimes this can be rushed/missed or set as something you would not want your clients to see.

Your from name at least needs to be your Full Name including your business name is another opportunity to build the brand. Make sure the spelling is correct and there are capital letters and most of all no nicknames.

Emails are received and sent every day. Branding your email gives you a great opportunity to promote and market your brand while doing the day to day of the business.

Great points Linda :) I'm happy to say so far I've ticked all the boxes! I did run without a signature for a while, but I certainly didn't feel good about it. Taking that 10 minutes to set it up has made all the difference :)
