I am Johnny Depp - what Myer Briggs Celebrity are you?

Health & Wellbeing

Had things gone differently, perhaps I could have the lead in the Pirates of the Caribbean...?

I really love personality tests! I've been addicted to them ever since I found my first fun quiz inside of Dolly magazine when I was 14. Ever since then I love getting to know myself through a bunch of fun questions. Of course I've graduated from these "Does your crush like you?" tests to more serious business such as the  C. Jung and I. Briggs Myers type theory tests. These tests are great in finding out how you tick, they are nothing like your horoscopes in the daily paper or anything mystical. These tests are used to find out how you currently think and it also gives you a great foundation to understanding why you make the decisions you make and why you react the way you do to the myriad of situations that come your way.

Keep in mind though, it's important to do refresher tests as you will change as you go through life and therefore your personality can change too. I've personally shifted from an INFJ to an INFP simply because my last "function" was very week. This tests also assign strengths to each personality indicator so you can deep dive and found out how likely you are to react in a certain way.

For those of you that have never encountered such a test before, this may seem confusing so I suggest you take this test as well then come back to the article for the fun part :)

To find out which celebrity you are most like - ok so maybe I haven't totally grown out of my love for "which celebrity are you" quizzes.

Beyond just finding out what you could have been famous for, these personality classifications can be very useful in business. These tests have been used in recruitment situations for many years and can also help you understand why conflicts appear between co-workers as well as manager/employee relationships.

Sometimes we just think very differently, but with understanding we can turn it into a pro instead of a con. I'll be writing a more in depth article regarding how to use these personality types in the workplace so please don't forget to follow me for updates!

Stay awesome!

Great article thanks Wendy. Last time I did MBTI some years ago my T/F was fairly central meaning I waver between the two so I'm either: ENTP - Originator (not sure I like the Celine Dion comparison) ENFP - Advocate In DISC terms I'm an ID / DI depending on what I'm focused on.
