Social Media Marketing is evolving so quickly that its hard for most SME operators to stay abreast of developments. Articles such as Anthony's (they are always well written and relevant) really do help bridge the gap, however, I wonder about their reach and the level to which the message really sinks in. Perhaps we need to look at attracting more SME's into Webinars and gaining more attention and hopefully traction.
