As fast growing business owners, we are always looking at ways to find new business or add greater value to our existing customers. The sales landscape is changing and the way we interact with potential customers and even existing ones has changed. With people wanting access to information with a click of a button and on their own terms, means that the challenge now is the lack of opportunity to actually ask good (or the right) questions in order to position your product or service as a must have and close the sale.

It doesn't matter what type of business you are, whether you get the chance to actually speak to people or you have an online business, below are a number of questions you can start to incorporate into your sales cycle through different formats. For an online business, this may mean how you walk potential customers through your site, the messages your are asking in your graphics and content and call to actions or having a team member pick up a phone or send an email or provide a survey etc.
