We provide both 45 minute and 60 minute personal training sessions that can be done either 1 on 1 or with some friends or family! With Active Edge Fitness you will have 24/7 access to an extremely knowledgeable mobile personal trainer who can equip you with what you need to achieve your goals and give you the ability to sustain them long term. Ask questions and voice your concerns any time you like! We take a holistic approach to weight loss and want you to enjoy the things you love in moderation.
