Since being setup with Alltel their service has been second to none. The staff are really friendly, quick to reply and very helpful. It's also made a huge difference in making sure we don't miss calls with their routing options and they setup a professional sounding message for when we can't answer. I'm very happy we chose Alltel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
I'm a lawyer - Registered Migration Agent, offering a highly professional service 9am to 9pm 7 days. Alltel told me they could deal with that, but over a 4 - 6 month period i necessarily complained on average once a month. They couldn't get U Migrate Australia correct when answering, and they kept my clients on hold - often. Each time i complained they said 'we're aware of the issues, and will prioritise your number. No, unfortunately not. I have finally changed - after the Department of Home Affairs attempted calling, but could not get through! It's up to you, but it's not worth $1.00 to me if they don't provide any of what they say they will.
Let me tell you about a little company called Alltel - do yourself a favour AND NEVER USE THEM. They are actually worse than Telstra (and I didn't even think that was possible). We cancelled an old 1300 number that is no longer used and do you know what these so-called "professionals" did.....they cancelled the wrong number - they cancelled my ACTUAL MAIN BUSINESS NUMBER. So after 3 days of the wrong number being cancelled and finding out that so many people had called so many times and some people thought I had shut down including the ATO......do you know what Alltel has offered me for compensation for their own staff members stuff up....$20......do yourself a favour and do not use this company - they are a joke!
