Trevor, Nabil and the rest of their team are great. We are almost finished on a CPQ module that has been very extensive and complicated. The project has taken a few months but has progressed ahead of schedule and very efficiently. CRM Online is not only great at programming, but also great at planning and organizing the architecture of the program and has been great at helping me understand our business processes from a technology standpoint and bring our ideas and challenges into a highly efficient software solution. We struggled in the past to find a competent software development company to work with and I am happy to have met CRM Online at the Sugar CRM conference last year. Even though we are miles away (we are in Florida, USA), their service and reliability feels like they are in our back yard. We asked CRM Online to develop and implement our SugarCRM system, I couldn't be happier with the system we have now. It has changed the way we do business, we are now much more efficient in our day-to-day jobs and our suppliers and customers alike all comment on the quality of service they get from our business. Nabil, Francis and Trevor all worked together to develop our very unique and complex system (also involving 3rd party apps), they rolled it out and ensured we were 100% happy before signing off on the system. We now get support from the overseas team (via email), who pretty much solve all our queries within a few days. If the overseas team have trouble with anything, I can always call the Aussie guys to sort it out. Thanks guys, great job, happy customer.
