Discreetly Fit empowers women to achieve their best in pelvic floor health. The Discreetly Fit Training contains five pelvic floor exercises that are taught during the Ultimate Pelvic Floor Exercises and Strategies. This program is ideal for women wishing to strengthen their bladder control, manage their prolapse or wanting to improve their core tone. The program was developed in collaboration with a pelvic health physio and it's suitable for women across all age groups. The follow on program the 30 Day Pelvic Floor Reform is available three times a year and serves to motivate women to stay on track with best pelvic floor practices. The Discreetly Fit Course can be completed in Sydney or Online.
