Appalling service. No power connection was made at all, I was left without power for 3 days and the company energy watch had ‘connected’ with had none of my details even 3 days later, luckily after contacting momentum directly they quickly and simply connect me wishing hours!!!! Unless you want to waste your time and receive nothing for it; do not use energy watch!! Slow & inadequate service!!
Keep calling even when I've asked my phone to be taken off caller list 6 times already (on previous calls). Every time I ask they pretend to be helpful and do it but I keep getting calls.
Don't give these people your details, they nuisance call you afterwards.

Absolutely appalling. Energy Watch connected me with wrong Utility company in March and I have been trying to get fixed for over 1 month. Huge electricity and gas bills because they have not implemented the quoted rates. Customer service / complaints team take no accountability and just want to resign me to another deal. So many emails and calls and time wasted. Will be raising dispute with Vic Energy Ombudsmen tomorrow. Do not waste your time
