European Prestige Auto Service - not prestige at all. They provide a low quality, high cost service. My car had a coolant leak. I took my car to European Prestige Auto Service to find out what was wrong and to get a quote for fixing it. I was told that I had to pay for half an hour's labour to diagnose the problem. I booked my car in. After being kept waiting for over 1.5 hours I was told that they could not tell me how much it would cost until after they had actually done the work and fixed the problem. However, while looking at my car, the incompetent mechanic had dented the bonnet lid and cracked the paint. After talking to a few of the people there, I was told that I needed to talk to Tony, the owner, about it. I went back twice and tried phoning a few times, but every time I was told that Tony was not here or not available, and each time they asked for my name and phone number so that he could get back to me. They already had my name and phone number - I gave them my details when I booked the car in. Tony did his best to avoid and ignore me for several days. I did eventually get to talk to him, and to be as difficult as possible, he told me that I had to take the car to the East Perth branch so that he could look at the damage. This was not reasonable since the damage was done at the Bibra Lake branch. After a few more phone calls and a week after they had damaged my car, Tony did agree to meet me at the Bibra Lake premises. Tony chickened out and failed to turn up to the meeting, instead he decided to hide behind his wife, Hazel, by sending her to see me. Rather than look at the damage on my car she showed me some tools used to pressure test the radiator and tried to claim that as the tools were not damaged, they could not have damaged the car. However, this only confirmed how the damage was done, as the location of the damage aligned exactly with where the pressure test tools were attached to the expansion tank next to the radiator. Hazel then became very rude and agressive and infomed me that she did not care that the mechanic in her workshop had damaged my car and that the owners of the company refuse to take responsibily for the damage. Having looked at online reviews as well as talked to other people that have been there, I have discovered that damage to vehicles in that workshop is a frequent occurrence. The result is always the same - they do not take responsibility. Their policy is that you leave your vehicle with them AT YOUR OWN RISK. And, due to their lack of care for customers and their cars, the risk is high.
Had my Jeep serviced here a couple of months ago. Booking in was really easy, and I was even given a courtesy vehicle whilst my car was being serviced. Hassle free car service.
Fair price. Good staff and services. I recommended for those people who are looking for car maintenance.
I am extremely grateful with European Prestige Auto Service. I highly recommend this company for both servicing and maintenance. They really know what they are doing. Thanks again, Tony & Hazel!
Always friendly and helpful, these guys are highly qualified professionals who really know their stuff, and they understand what real customer service is. Their prices are reasonable and they don't charge for unnecessary work. Since discovering them, I would never take my VW anywhere else.
