Super slow to get printing done same as many other comments. I waited 30 minutes twice. The first time I left because I was going to be late for an appointment. The second time they could not do the work and they argued about the type of job. The best advise I had was to take the printing to 123 Queen Street who were about the same cost and did the printing while I waited. Lessons in customer service would be good to OfficeWorks!
I was created as soon as I walked into the store and asked if I needed assistance. I explained I was after a office 365 activation code, the staff member walked me to the product and then over to the counter. He also confirmed with his co-worker at the register that it was the correct product for what I wanted. Definitely can't complain about the service here.
I work in the offices just above this Officeworks so head down there fairly frequently. The team are always lovey, greet you as soon as you walk in the door and you can tell they're all mates with each other as well, which gives a nice relaxed vibe to the place. Just wanna give a special thanks to Lina for her help with converting my crappy little word-made poster into an A1 print for work! I literally couldn't have done it without her and I didn't even get charged for her time and service because I was ordering the prints online. Really appreciate the selfless help.
Ben was incredibly helpful this morning, taking the time to make sure my boss had new business cards before her conference tomorrow. He was great at paying attention to detail. This Store refused to accept return of faulty notebook computer, offering instead to repair - a process said to take "7 to 14 days" with no provision of loan computer. The Officeworks website says: Other Returns – Consumer Guarantees The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guarantees when they buy goods and services. These are known as “Consumer Guarantees”. For further information, please refer to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website. You must provide proof of purchase to make a claim and Officeworks reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
