Wonderful post sale service. Somehow we had the top of a cushion fabric tear open. After 2 years it was replaced free of charge. What a lovely company, truly good service, highly recommended.
Nice collection, good quality, great deals, nice staff, fast delivery and has disabled toilets too. (@dandenong-frankston road showrooms, you you will not find public toilets) Better wicker set quality and prices compared to harvey norman. Whats best is extra set of cousion covers for $100. Ask for deal and you may get a discount :) Highly Recommended !!
I had a similar experience to Sara. I purchased a setting from outdoorlivingdirect and had it delivered to my home in Docklands to find that it just took up too much room on my balcony. The company bent over backwards to help me out and gave me a full refund on the setting. Understandably I had to pay the courier charges. I ended up getting a smaller more suitable setting for my balcony and couldn't be happier with the friendly and helpful service I received. I think the only reason Sara is un-happy is that she is a moron and doesn't understand the concept of personal responsibility. Sometimes when we make mistakes we have to accept the consequences, have a laugh at ourselves and move on. Time to grow up Sara.
I called Outdoor Living Direct in a panic as I needed an outdoor setting for a job I had on the next day. Unbelievably had it delivered the same day! The setting was lovely. All positive for me. Definitely shop here again.
I can not believe such a poor service! to make sure I will get the set that want I called and asked for the specific 5piece outdoor setting that was advertised in their website. After they said it was available I went to the shop to pick it up and they didn’t have it!! They said they would need to transfer it from another shop. I have a newborn baby and It was very hard for me to go back so I paid extra $95 to get it delivered to my house. I live in a tower and I needed to book the lift for Delivery so I asked the young lady who I bought the set from about the size of the packages,she had no idea! I asked the delivery Guys when they called me to book a time and they couldn’t give me any info! They arrived for delivery and said their packages is not passing through the door which I was very surprised as I live in a famous 40 story tower in melbourne with all Austrailan standards and just bought the whole furniture including 10 seats dining set, super king size bed.. and never had any problem. I asked them to unpack the chairs and table and bring it to my house but they said they cannot do it!! So they took the set back to the Shope! And I left with no out door chair for my important party on that weekend :( I had to cal 5 times and every time different staff picked up the phone and said I will ask my manager to call you back! And guess what?!! after one week of my every day follow up with very rude staff their best offer to me was that they were not able to deliver the set they sold to me but I had to still pay $95 Delivery fee! So I didn’t get any outdoor furniture and paid $95!!!! This is what you get with outdoorliving company!
