Why should a customer hire your business over other service professionals?

We're a little like the best talent in the industry at wholesale prices all under the one roof with no vested interest in any solution. We hand pick the talent based on your needs and no one is trying to sell you anything you don't actually need. You no longer have to skip around with multiple suppliers and you also have guaranteed world class work with fixed prices and no time sheets. It is probably easier to explain what we don't do as much as anything - we don't buy media as we don't believe strategy and media buying should be under the one roof to remain objective and independent. We are Conscious Capitalists and care greatly about doing the right thing.

We're actually a global network despite having a head office in Melbourne.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are a little like the wholesale market and advertising agencies and businesses both come to us for the best talent in this efficient model. We're awarded for our new business model too. Ask us more.

What are your customers most popular items on the menu?

At the moment we are seeing a lot of brand strategy, marketing planning and branding work rolling into web design. We can do anything at all and have a real strength in advertising campaigns and even the bigger TV commercials. We're set up to do anything at all, but this seems to be the market needs at present.

What is the profile of your ideal customer? e.g. industry, size of business, revenue, number of employees and so on.

We really suit the smaller to mid tier businesses who are unlikely to want to go to a traditional advertising agency as they want to retain the value in their budget. It may be clients who are looking for an alternative to their existing agency or to supplement what they do in-house. We can provide the strategy and templates for in-house teams to implement. If you don't do in-house work already we can help you get up to speed too.

How do you normally charge for your services?

Always a fixed price by brief. We refuse to work to open ended time sheets and am activists in the marketing industry to stop them as they are downscaling the quality of the work and causing ageism in the industry. What are your customers` most frequently asked questions?

There are a lot actually, because we're so different. We do get asked the most if we are an advertising agency and no, we are not, but we happen to produce everything an advertising agency might. We even support advertising agencies with creative and strategic services so we collaborate rather than compete.
