VA Directory is a network of Virtual Assistants based in Australia and beyond. We connect clients with VAs for their needs and also provide peer support and training for Virtual Assistants. Operating since 1994, we morphed from a home based secretarial business to that of a fully operating virtual assistant business, providing a wide range of services. The owner, Kathie Thomas, also co-founded the Australian VA Association and the Annual Australian VA Conference with fellow VA, Anita Kilkenny. Kathie has won multiple awards for her business and has been many times published in magazines, newspapers, Readers Digest and online publications.

It depends on what is needed. Some services are charged on an hourly basis, others on a package basis.
How does a Virtual Assistant work? Some clients don't understand how they get the work to us, or how we get it back to them. This is simply explained with an example relating to the corporate world and a boss and PA.
