It is not the first time I bought a car from this dealer and the staff never failed to deliver an exceptional customer service and product. Dino and Andrew were especially helpful in explaining everything and helping me make decisions about the product. I never left with unanswered questions. Had an unfortunate experience with Paul regarding an executive driven Passat. Wife went to test drive the car and felt intimidated by his reluctance to answer her questions. Came to the official valuation of our trade in, which had dropped from initial conversation. Understand that the initial figures discussed were based on what was on the system, but when asked by my wife why the valuation had dropped, no answer was forth coming to which he scrambled a response together suggesting we never came to that figure and that the difference had been negotiated off the price of the Passat, which interestingly was omitted from the official quote. I followed up to be told I had informed him the incorrect mileage on the car and that it was my misrepresentation of the facts. Took offence to effectively being told I was lying, so walked away and don't intend to do any business in the future thanks to our experience with Paul. On the plus side, we had a fantastic experience at Audi Brighton and are now the proud owners of an A4. Opportunity missed VW Glen Waverley.
