Produced in the McLaren Vale region of South Australia, the thin soils and warm summers harness the Shiraz’s natural vigour that results in intense flavoured fruit. </p> <p> The unique winemaking process of this bottle gave birth to an unforgettable, distinctive flavour. After the grapes were crushed, they were lovingly fermented in five tonne open fermenters for a total of eight days. Then, the gentle pressed free run and the pressing fractions were blended together. Following four days of settling, the wine was racked to oak to ensure the best quality and crystal clear wine. </p> <p> This wine has the depth and structure to develop further complexity and intrigue over time.
