The Role

Due to recent growth, we now have an opportunity for strong web developers to join the team and take the platform to the next level of sophistication. We are looking for serious tech heads to join us on the exciting journey of solving real life problems facing SMEs around the world.

Here's what you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in PHP 5.3 / 5.6 using Yii (minimum Yii 1.16)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the following technology: Memcache, MySQL, NGINX, Apache, Solr, Linux CentOS

To be successful in this role, you will need solid problem solving and analytical skills with a positive can-do attitude. You must also be disciplined in producing the highest quality error-free code using best practices to ensure solution is robust and scalable. Above all, you must be a good communicator and a team player who is always committed to meeting deadlines.

The Role
With the expansion of our platform, we are seeking energetic and ambitious sales representatives to service our advertising inventory. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic business currently experiencing an exciting phase of growth.

Reporting to the Sales Director you will be working independently and within a small team. You will be required to manage and attract new business. Your initial focus will be the New South Wales market with opportunity for interstate travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presenting our product range at client meetings
  • Identifying new clients and growing those accounts
  • Advising clients on product specifics and providing solutions/recommending products and solutions
  • Weekly and monthly reporting – forecasting/budgeting
To be successful you will have:
  • Previous experience of working in a sales environment

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be working independently and within a small team. You will be required to help maintain and further develop our presence in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track status of media relations activities and assist in proactively sharing updates with other departments
  • Conduct media outreach and follow-up
  • Monitor media outlets, understand industry issues that directly and indirectly affect SavvySME, and distil meaningful insights from media coverage
  • Draft media relations materials, including pitches, press releases, blogs posts, social media, by-lines, fact sheets and other press kit materials
To be successful you will have:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in research, media measurement and analysis
