Hi Hannah,

As well as social media apps (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn are the main ones I use on my mobile) and Hootsuite, I have a few favourite productivity and organisation apps.

I use:

Evernote for capturing ideas on the run, saving websites or articles to refer back to later, and writing lists.

Harvest for time keeping/time recording.

Genuis Scan for taking photos of documents and converting them to PDF.

CollectMORE is a new app designed 0ot help you recover unpaid fees and debts. It's free to download and use and takes the worry out of what to say when chasing a debt.

I recently started using What's App because my best friend uses it and wanted to contact me on it.

IMDb is a favourite for looking up tv shows, films, actors and others in the entertainment industry - whether its to see how well the film I am considering was rated, or to work out where I have seen that actor before, I use it at least twice a week.

For creating images and quotes to share on social media I have Kwote and Photo Grid.

Oh, and Uber, for getting around.

Great answers!

I use Canva a lot and designing is made easier especially if you are a newbie. It's worth every penny for its premium features. Just recently I started using Evernote and I found it very useful in keeping track of my tasks along with ASANA.

Fantastic app to write your grocery shopping list:

Does away with written lists quite neatly.

Mailtrack - for anonymously being able to track who has read my emails, clicked on links and not responded.  An absolute gamechanger for me.

Whatsapp desktop - so much quicker talking to clients and saves my inbox

Canva - I can't design anything so this is a life saver

Skrapp - for being able to get contact details from Linkedin for free

Snapgrab - great scrolling screen capture

Do you have to be connected with them before you can use Skrapp, Celia?

I use a lot of the above but one I really appreciate is CamScanner. Being able to use your phone to "scan" documents for signing or otherwise. Incredibly handy!

I use Slack, Trello, ASANA, GSuite, Zoom, Calendly, Canva, Scannable (for scanning docs on mobile phone).  There's so many to choose from. You just have to do a bit of testing to see which platforms you like the most. For me they have to be easy to use and not overly complicated or it goes in the too hard basket.
