How do you celebrate your wins?

One thing that I have always found a little depressing about being the boss man is that celebrating our wins with company is not easy... what do you do to celebrate yours?

Quietly with immense gratitude and profound relief! And certainly not before the cheque has cleared.

I verbally celebrate it with the team :)!!

In my old workplace we used to have a small and a big gong and we used to gong every little win!

Also writing down the little milestones helps too :)!

In a call centre we used to own we had a digital progress stream around the top of the walls so everyone could see the KPI's every small win was celebrated by various sounds and once the budget for the day was broken a siren whooped! After that every five minutes through the rest of the day the streams showed the companies cash contribution to that months Budget Busting celebration! Not quite the way I celebrate in my dark corner but everyone loved it.

As someone who works from home on his own, a good Daddy Dance in front of the mirror often does it for me ;)
