Mine is Macdonalds vs McWilliams Wines under the previous s52 of the Trade Practices Act that is now s18 of the Australian Consumer Law, about whether a person is confused between a one litre bottle of red wine called the Big Mac and a hamburger by the same name.

If one drinks too many bottles of Big Mac, I'm sure they could very well be confused by the burger of the same name.
