What do you guys use for conference calls? I'm after something like GoToMeeting, real phone numbers etc.
Guessing there are a few more reliable options out there?

I'm a very small operation (in fact it is just me), however when I need to conduct phone calls or meetings I use a variety of services / tools below:
- Skype
- Google Hangouts
- Twilio (SMS and Voice Calls)
- Sideline app (get a 2nd phone number without having a second phone)
Other interesting tools
- Zeetings
- Join Me
- Oovoo
Again, for me, I use multiple platforms based on the nature of the call or conversation as well as what the client or customer is already familiar with using.
