Portrait

Super 8
Super 8 billboards are most commonly 8.3m x 2.22m and are in high demand.
They are similar in proportion to their larger "Supersite" billboard cousins but are a more cost-effective way to advertise. These cost-effective ads can be found all over cities ad are perfect for small businesses that don’t have a massive budget, but want to make a splash!
These advertisements are usually found roadside in metropolitan areas and priced between $4000 and $10,000.

These ultra-effective roadside billboards are 12.66m x 3.35m and cost.
This billboard cost ranges from $6500 to $20,000 a month, depending on the size and location.
Spectacular
When you think of massive billboards these are the big boys that come to mind! These monster advertisements are usually 18.99m x 4.55m and can be seen by 50,000 to 150,000 cars a day.
They are usually located on highways and main roads in cities.

Gantry
Gantry billboards are the long billboards that are seen under overpasses in cities. These highly effective billboards are usually 22.58m x 2.55m.
If I had a dollar everytime I looked at these while going under an overpass, I’d probably be able to afford one of these.
These types of billboards are expensive, but get a lot of views, their cost ranges from $8000 to $30,000, depending on placement.
Landmark
Landmark billboards are pretty hard to miss. They're the massive billboards on the sides of buildings, think Federation Square in Melbourne or Taylor Square and the Silos in Sydney.
Fashion brands are synonymous for using these placed on the sides of buildings to look totally edgy.
And, it works!
These adverts vary in size and price, ranging from 10,000 to a reported $250,000 a month.

Digital billboards are rapidly rising in popularity. They are highly effective because of their high resolution, creativity, and variability.

This is another of those old chestnut questions that pre-supposes that there is some genuine delineation between digital and traditional. As if Digital is something just discovered and considered separate from other marketing activities and disciplines.Let’s get one concept straight – Marketing is marketing, the addition of a prefix (i.e. Direct; Digital; Gorilla; Interruption), is just a simple way of defining what area of the art or science you are discussing.Digital refers to a platform/medium used within marketing for over a quarter of a century to carry, transmit and display ideas and messages (text pictures sound etc.)So every time that someone else asks if digital marketing is taking over traditional marketing for the hundred-thousandths time I feel the need to state the bleedingly obvious again – NO!
Was it effective and what industry are you in?

Cinema advertising can be most effective for developing and
maintaining local awareness. If your business is easily accessible to
individuals who attend the screen/s you advertise on.
Cinema awareness campaigns are essentially a long game and continuity is therefore important. Most people won’t remember a single ad but will eventually become familiar with your brand and offer after multiple trips to the cinema.
Prior to committing to a cinema campaign it is always worthwhile to visit the screen look at the patrons – are they really your target audience? Check out who is currently advertising and call them all to see if they will be renewing their subscription and what level/value of business they are able to associate with their cinema advertising.

Good question!
When you're getting a quote for a billboard, companies typically give you rates based on a four-week period rather than daily because it's standard practice to keep billboard advertisements up for four-week increments.
Even so, I'll provide standard rates for a four-week period and the cost per day by dividing rates for four weeks by 28 (the number of days in a four-week period).
Billboard Format | Four-Week Rate | Daily Rate |
Junior Poster (Small) | $300 - $750 | $10.70 - $26.80 |
Poster (Medium) | $750 - $2,000 | $26.80 - $71.40 |
Digital/ Video/ LED (Large) | $3,500 - $25,000 | $125.00 - $893.00 |
Supersite/Spectacular (Large) | $1,500 - $30,000 | $53.60 - $1071.43 |
Landmark (Wallscape) | $10,000 - $50,000 | $357.14 - $1,785.71 |
It's essential to keep in mind that you would also have to pay a production fee for the vinyl fabricated for your ad.
Additional production cost for a vinyl billboard depends on format and construction but will usually cost you between $300 to $1000.
Another expense to keep in mind is the artwork cost! You might have an in-house designer or an artist you're comfortable working with; if not, billboard companies typically offer design services as well. According to Billboards Australia, their standard charge for billboard artwork is $300.
I hope I was able to help answer your question. :)
