You probably don't want one, and you may not even need one if you can fill out forms on your own, but it is a case of better off having one and not needing one, rather than needing one and not having one.

Just because you operate as a sole trader, does not mean you need to be the face or brand of the business. It really depends on the business. There are few businesses that would require you to be the face of the business. The most obvious one stemming from the members on our site would be consultants ...  expand

If you are a sole trader, you do not have to have a book keeper or an accountant. You can keep track of your income and expenses in a spreadsheet and file your own personal tax return at the end of the financial year. No need to file a business tax return.

If however you do a lot of small transactions (debit and credit) in your business, you might want to consider using a book keeper to help you keep track and save you time.

If you also want to have a financial statements at the end of financial year (balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow statement) then you need to get an accountant.

Recruitment is a very interesting and challenging field. Past performance can be misleading or easily falsified. Further, salespeople are especially good at making good first impressions, and then behaving completely differently when hired. This is why I have a recruitment firm to refer clients to!

DUDE SO THIS! A lot of people know how to say what they need to say to get hired, but then don't know how to actually DO anything. Over the years I've been burned a lot b people with a lot of past performance stars, so over the last couple I've been focusing more on the person, can i teach them? If they are eager, intelligent, adaptable, and critical thinkers, I can teach them what they need to know about what I do. But I can't teach them those other skills.

As an eCommerce site Amazon is one of the best option fot retail business. Already many of the retail businesses based in UK,USA, Australia & Canada impacted with Amazon. Even the top most brands like Alanic Activewear, Nordstrom, Nike have already connected with Amazon.

If you are buying at FOB Term. You only need to pay for Shipping cost, customs clearance+Import duty/GST and delivery.

Suman Limbu

Thanks Victor. I know its a dumb question, but how do I know if i'm buying on FOB terms?

No Worries. I think it is a common question for first time importers. You can simply ask your supplier whether their price is FOB, CFR or EXW(Exworks) price before place any order.

I think the main benefit is that the social media feeds cannot ensure that your target clients have seen your message. Even if they have liked your page or followed you on twitter they simply may not get shown your items in the feed or may miss them. Well timed and useful emails will be opened, and you can often use services that will track reciept and opening, so you have a better sense if they have got your message.
