You need to build loyalty Melissa. That is key to the cafe business. You can gimmick all you like but the most successful cafes out there have amazing people behind them who live and breathe this world. They're infectious! You can tell they're people people and they love not just making coffee and food and selling it, but they love connecting with their customers. Make your customers feel valued. There is no better feeling than walking into your "local" and having the staff greet you by name and who know your order and ask how your day was. I would take that and pay a slight premium ANYDAY. Of course, the food and coffee have to be top notch too. You can market, market, market all you like. But if the product (coffee, food AND people) aren't top notch, they won't "convert" and your marketing efforts will have gone to waste.

They are express service, normally they ship within a day or within limited time based on service you have purchased. 2. Toll : this is similar to FedEX / DHL , but they are more cheaper as they mostly transport goods by land ( car /var/ truck) So for larger items its will be cheaper but will not be faster - might take couple of days to transfer. 3.AusPost: Combination of above two, since its government, its cheap in many case but you may have to go to post office to collect your item. Summary,For small and important item use courier service, for larger item use Cargo service ( like Toll), as it will be cheaper and also door to door service. For small and general item use AusPost as you can wait, and go to post office to collect it.
How do you identify and prevent dastardly digital downloads?
Use of proper firewall like "Zone alarm" will prevent any request from your computer to attacker server, and hence you will be notified what is requested. So even you end up with downloading any bad files / software e/t/c. You will know by your firewall alert and best part it will be blocked automatically. So even the software is running in your computer it will do no harm and later on you can uninstall suspicious software(s).

i suggest to visit google enterpise marketplace, you can find loads of free apps for project management, time management, customer management and so on. Most of these options are free, so easy to start with startups.
Is it possible to use multiple trading names via same company?
As per the second part of the question, Most of the banks or merchant account provider doesn't allow you use multiple trading name, with single merchant account. So most of the time you have to have multiple merchant account for different trading name to be appear on customer credit card statement.
The Difference Between Shared Hosting VPS And Dedicated Hosting?
Shared Hosting: In this type of hosting, a single server will have many sites hosted. User can get single hosting solution or reseller package for the shared hosting providers. Eventully eveything this will be hosted in the same server and thus server is shared with other hosters. This type of hosting is low cost and good for the starters, but server has limitation on resources like cpu / memory per domain hosted. So need to check terms and conditions before joinning the service.
VPS: is a personal server / or vitual server which will be hosted in a machince which may have more VPS server hosted. In this option, user will have own server so lots of freedom on server management, tweaks and custom settings, which are not possible with share hosting. server resources like cpu / memory will be shared with other VPS user in the same machine.
Dedicated server: User with own dedicated server, which is a single machine with one single server dedicated to user, its is much more similar to vps, but machine resources is not shared with others. So 100% cpu . 100% memory. While in VPS if one of the vps user of the same machine has more cpu constain job, other vps user will have slow performance.
